I commissioned Otis Kriegel and Illegal Art for two different projects, both focused on increasing onsite engagement and generating buzz with our guests. Both collaborations with Kriegel were some of our most successful events of that year. And best of all is that they made it so easy for me. From beginning to end, they covered all production details, from project creation to installation to on-site management. I actually had fun, too and enjoyed working with this team every step of the way.

Otis and Illegal Art brought several creative ideas to us and worked with us to determine what would yield the greatest impact. He also worked on a custom project for SXSW Eco, which is a continuing success today. He was professional, detailed, creative, clever, but most of all an amazing person who I enjoyed spending time with. I look forward to many future collaborations with Kriegel and Illegal Art!

I invited Otis and his colleague from Illegal Art to facilitate an experience at the National Coalition for Dialogue and Deliberation Conference in San Francisco. Otis’ presence and presentation where an added gift at the conference. Their presence was perfect: omnipresent, yet, subtle and in the flow of the event. The were warm, personable, easy to work with, and added yet another way to process and make sense of the work we were doing. Such a pleasure! I would make them a part of every conference I organize!
